Uso de an\u00e1lisis regulatorios y toma de decisiones basados en evidencia:<br>a) Confiar en datos v\u00e1lidos y confiables y en ciencia s\u00f3lida.<br>b) Colocar la evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos y la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos en el centro de la toma de decisiones regulatorias.<br>c) Usar la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia.<br>d) Evaluar el impacto de las regulaciones, incluida la realizaci\u00f3n de evaluaciones de impacto regulatorio (RIA).
